Chef Chris Eimen and the staff of Saru have quietly been hosting private “Omakase” dinners for small groups of inner circle folks. These “Chef’s choice” sushi and sake paired evenings allow groups of up to sixteen people to enjoy a ten course meal in the “Parlor” of our building in Sodo. Yakiniku-marinated black cod, ora king salmon tartar, live local uni, and a myriad of the freshest nigiri and sashimi can be found on the menu.

Think of it as renting out an entire restaurant to yourself, a one night pop-up for you and your people. We are now ready to grow our inner circle and are taking reservations for Wednesday night Omakase seatings.
